We highlight some of the more popular marketing strategies for growing your membership in the group (green area).

Then, we walk you through having meetings and teaching classes and then getting a small percentage of potential investor clients to meet with you one-on-one to discuss achieving their goals via local real estate investing in your market (and becoming a client).

Then, we highlight a variety of real estate investor types (traditional buy and hold, sellers, Nomads™, house hackers, fix and flip, and BRRR/R as some examples and walk through the time and money required to work with each group through earning commissions.

Then, you can see the total for each type of investor and see how the entire business is performing in terms of time and money spent as well as money earned.
